Roz NeilsonI am a life coach, a divorce coach and a ‘divorce and family’ mediator.

Over the years, and through all my training, I have come to realise that, as a Christian, God and everything He says in is Word to us (the Bible), needs to be the ‘plumb line’ in everything I do.

Biblegateway.com defines ‘plumb line’ this way:

A cord weighted with lead that is used in building to check that vertical structures are true. It is used symbolically to refer to the divine standard against which God, the builder of his people, tests and judges them. It also symbolises the standards by which God will rebuild his people.

Life coaching done God’s way is always ‘life-changing’. All my coaching is done Biblically, prayerfully and through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

As a Christian ‘divorce and family’ mediator, I believe God can restore broken relationships, but when this doesn’t happen, the next choices are absolutely critical to the healing and renewal of everyone affected by the divorce, especially your children.

I believe I am able to empathise with those going through divorce in that I navigated my own divorce, faced the ‘fears’ of financial insecurity and battled emotional pain. I struggled to understand the South African legal system and, eventually, the need to rebuild life after divorce.

The ultimate goal of my ‘Divorce and Family’ mediation and life coaching is to sensitively educate, equip and empower everyone who may be impacted by the divorce. To assist everyone to navigate the, seemingly ‘cold’ and ‘impersonal’ legal process of divorce by adhering and clinging to Christian principles. Then coach all to successfully grow through and beyond the divorce experience.

Through the various and varied articles you’ll find posted on the website, I hope you’ll feel encouraged to prayerfully challenge any ‘habits’ you believe God, through His Spirit, brings to your attention – but mostly, to confidently step forward into the life that God has waiting for you.
